Michael Mateo is a seasoned technology Subject Matter Expert with over 17 years of experience directing broad-scope technology enterprises, communications infrastructure, and specialized portfolio programs in maritime and defense environments. He spent years building deep technical foundations across interior communications, component repair, and full-spectrum RF systems, then served managing enterprise network administration for specialized organizations — leading secure enterprise data architecture and mobile communications programs in austere, remote, and logistically demanding environments. Michael has extensive "real-world" senior technology program management experience — directing automated information systems, cybersecurity, and communications supporting large businesses and full enterprise level IT. As Co-Founder of Nivel One, he applies this background in high-stakes environments to deliver resilient, infrastructure-hardened technology solutions for commercial clients.

Mitch Ford

Mitch Ford helps small and mid-sized businesses make their technology more reliable, secure, and easier to manage. His background spans 17 years working inside DevOps, cloud infrastructure, networking, automation, and systems administration functions, with experience leading teams and supporting mission-critical environments where downtime was not an option. Instead of chasing flashy tech for its own sake, Mitch focuses on practical improvements: simplifying messy systems, automating repetitive work, strengthening infrastructure, and building tools that help businesses operate more smoothly. Whether it's web infrastructure, internal automation, cloud systems, or IT cleanup, his goal is simple: make technology work better for the people who depend on it.
