What's included in ongoing design under my plan?
Minor tweaks (colors, images, text/layout changes) and small new sections — like a new banner or block added to an existing page. Full new pages are scoped separately.
Do you design for mobile and desktop, or is that separate?
Both are always included together — every design change covers desktop and mobile as one unit.
Can you build the site and give me the code for a self-hosted environment?
Yes — we can build the site and hand over the complete raw code, giving you full control if you want to self-host and maintain it yourself.

What's included in your hosting?
All tiers include: SSL certificate, backups, uptime monitoring, software updates, content edits scaled to your tier, and domain management. Security updates and patching can only be guaranteed if Nivel One manages the domain.
Where is my site hosted, and do I own that account?
Your choice — we can host on Nivel One's infrastructure, or on a hosting service of your choice.
How often do you back up my site?
Monthly, unless a different schedule is required or contracted.
What happens to my site if I cancel my plan?
Your service continues through the end of the current 30-day cycle and ends on your next scheduled service date.
Migration3 questions
Can you move my site from my current host/platform to yours?
Yes — we can migrate from any platform (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and others).
Will my site go down during migration?
No planned downtime. Migration is handled without taking your live site offline.
Do I lose my current SEO rankings when you migrate my site?
No — your rankings are preserved through the migration.

What counts as a "content update" vs. something that costs extra?
Text and image swaps on existing pages. New pages or sections are scoped separately (see Design).
How fast do you turn around a content update request?
Within 24 hours.
Can I make edits myself, or does everything go through Nivel One?
Depends on who's hosting. If Nivel One hosts your site, updates go through us. If you're self-hosting, you have direct access to make edits yourself.

What kind of integrations do you support?
All — booking/scheduling tools, payment processors, CRMs, and any other third-party service your site needs to connect to.
What if a third-party tool breaks my site — is that covered?
Depends on the cause. If it's an integration Nivel One set up and manages, it's covered. If you added it yourself, or the third party changed something on their end, it's not.

What's the difference between the Essential, Business, and Enterprise tiers?
Tiers apply to design and hosting, scaled to the number of pages your business needs.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-month — cancel anytime.
Who do I contact if something urgent comes up?
All client needs go through the client portal. For anything urgent, call us directly.
