These concise Terms of Service govern your business entity's deployable usage of the Nivel One™ platform dashboard and its automated notification loops. Initializing an account confirms formal compliance with these terms.
1. Account Profile Accountability
You agree to supply authentic variables—including your commercial company name, locality, industry sector, corporate email, and valid mobile phone number—when setting up your account. Securing your login credentials remains your sole responsibility.
2. Transactional Text Messaging Loop Framework
By registering and opting in to text message alerts within the Nivel One™ dashboard ecosystem, you recognize and accept these parameters:
- Program Intent: Outbound text messages deliver real-time operational alerts, milestone confirmations, and system account status updates. Promotional or marketing broadcasts are strictly prohibited on this network.
- Alert Frequency: Messages are purely event-driven. An alert is only initiated when an active change occurs on your project pipeline.
- Fees & Costs: Nivel One™ charges no premium fees for text notifications. However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your individual wireless service provider contract.
- Opt-Out Rule: Text the keyword STOP to unsubscribe. A single text confirming removal follows, ending the messaging stream.
- Support Node: Text the keyword HELP for automated script guidance, or contact our team at [email protected].
- Carrier Notice: Wireless phone networks are separate operations and are not liable for transmission delays or undelivered tokens.
3. System Usage Regulations
You agree to employ Nivel One™ exclusively for authorized professional operations. Forgery of system profile data, bypassing authorization paths, or utilizing our network to distribute malicious digital scripts is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability Boundaries
Nivel One™ is deployed on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain a strict focus on system consistency, we are not legally liable for indirect financial losses or missed alerts caused by regional mobile network routing dropouts.
5. Revisions
We update these Terms dynamically to coordinate with emerging carrier compliance rules. Continued platform profile access constitutes complete agreement with all amended parameters.
